Queen Baji Terms & Conditions – Full User Agreement

01Introduction & Consent

Queen Baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Queen Baji.

By using the Queen Baji website or mobile application, accessing any of our services, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall take precedence.

02Account Registration & Verification

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keep your account password confidential. If you share it with anyone, you are solely responsible for any consequences.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

All users must complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal. This process is typically completed within 24 hours.

03Age Eligibility & Location

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Queen Baji platform. We are fully committed to preventing underage gaming.

If there is any doubt about a user's age, we reserve the right to request account verification at any time. If verification fails, the account will be suspended immediately.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on Queen Baji are processed securely and with full encryption. The key rules for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals cannot be made to third-party accounts.
• Queen Baji does not charge any transaction fees, though fees from your payment provider may apply.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — the wagering requirements must be met first.

Records of all financial transactions are stored in our system. In the event of any dispute, our records shall be considered final and definitive.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

Queen Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Queen Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

06Betting Rules

There are a few general rules to follow when placing bets on Queen Baji. These rules apply equally to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Queen Baji reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting — always check the latest odds before placing a bet.
• Bets may be held for investigation if match fixing or irregularities are suspected.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Queen Baji platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Multiple registrations from the same IP for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
• Exploiting any platform error or bug.
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to fix matches or manipulate outcomes in any way.

08Account Suspension & Termination

Queen Baji reserves the right to suspend or close any account if:

• The user violates these Terms & Conditions.
• The information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Extended account inactivity of more than 36 months is detected.
• A directive is received from a court or law enforcement authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

09Responsible Gaming

Queen Baji takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• You can put your account on a temporary break for a set period whenever you need to.
• A voluntary self-exclusion option is available.
• If problematic gaming behaviour is identified, we will actively step in to offer support.

• Temporary service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.

However, these limitations shall not apply where they conflict with applicable local law.

12Changes & Updates

Queen Baji reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
